What we “ship” is the design itself. The moment your Bitcoin payment clears on the blockchain, your complete blueprint package is delivered straight to your email address — anywhere on Earth, in minutes, with no freight, no customs and no waiting.
The Delivery Flow
BuildCrates.com sells blueprints — engineered designs for transport crates, coffins and caskets, heavy-duty and children's coffins, and scrap wood builds — not physical crates, and not wood. There is nothing to load onto a truck, nothing to clear through customs, and no shipping cost to pay. What is delivered is a complete digital engineering package, sent by email, ready to be handed to any workshop, CNC router or fabrication table — with the 3D model reviewed online in your parametric viewer, and the blueprint PDF as the document you build from.
The “shipment” travels as data. After 1 confirmation of your payment on the Bitcoin blockchain, the delivery email is sent automatically to the customer's email address.

Receiving Your Emails
- Provide your email address carefully at order time — this is the only address your blueprints will travel to.
- Check your inbox, and your spam / junk folder, for the delivery message.
- Add info@buildcrates.com to your contacts so future deliveries land in the main inbox.
- Keep your order ID safe — it unlocks the live 3D viewer and speeds up any support request.
If a delivery email does not arrive within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, write to info@buildcrates.com with your order ID and we will re-send the package immediately.
Why There Is No Physical Shipping
A transport crate is, in its etymological and conditional sense, a lattice — a pattern of boards. The pattern is the engineering; the boards are local. By shipping the pattern and not the boards, the crate can be built exactly where it is needed, from locally available wood, without the cost, carbon and delay of moving empty timber across the planet. You save freight, you save import duty, and you build with materials you can inspect before a single cut is made.
